Need to appeal a FEMA denial?
Have a legal issue related to the wildfires?

This hotline, operated by the Oregon State Bar, offers brief legal advice, and possibly representation, for individuals appealing a FEMA denial or legal issue caused by the disaster.

If you are low-income, you might also find a lawyer for your FEMA denial by contacting your local legal services office. Your local legal aid office may also help with other legal issues such as housing, public benefits, employment, and more.

Brought to you by Oregon Law Center, Legal Aid Services of Oregon, the Center for Nonprofit Legal Services, and the Oregon State Bar.
