Take pictures of your important documents. Keep all of your important documents in one, easily accessible spot. Also remember that documents are replaceable. Lives are not.
- Passport
- Credit cards
- Insurance policies (all pages)
- Leases
- Deeds to your home
- Mortgage documents (at least the first page)
- Car loan documents
- Birth certificates
- Immigration documents (green cards, work permits, visa applications, etc.)
